Harrison Steinbuch is a Production Design Engineer currently practicing at TURF Design, an experimental design and manufacturing studio specializing in architectural acoustic installations in Chicago, Illinois. His personal interests encompass a variety of scale and medium including architectural design, painting and photography. Specifically, his personal work explores the tensions between abstract and formalist design tendencies.
Harrison received his Master of Architecture degree with distinction from the Southern California Institute of Architecture in 2014 and his Bachelor of Science in Architecture from The Ohio State University in 2012. He has previously trained in the offices of Warren Techentin Architecture, Oyler Wu Collaborative, P-A-T-T-E-R-N-S and ROTO Architecture in Los Angeles, California as well as SHP Leading Design in Columbus, Ohio.
Harrison is also co-founder and CBDO of Makeplus a creative hub in Los Angeles, California.
